We begin this half-hour consultation learning about your skin care goals to determine an appropriate home care and/or treatment regimen to correct areas of concern. Your skin will be analyzed, so please come without make up on. The skin care consultation precedes any treatments performed below. 30 minutes.

Holland Plastic Surgery aims to provide our patients with the most up-to-date advancements, not only in the services we offer, but in overall experience. The Vectra 3D system allows you to visualize expectations, arrive at a shared understanding of treatment objectives, and decide on the best possible treatment plan with our providers. A complete skin analysis will be performed during your consultation and again 8-12 weeks after you begin your new regimen to review your progress. Brown spots, red areas, texture, wrinkles, pores and spots are all analyzed by the 3D imaging system.

MEDICAL GRADE SKINCARE

Medical grade products have ingredient levels higher than anything found in a drugstore or department store. Higher ingredient levels are needed to change/repair the skin. Over the counter products often feel or smell better, but do not change the skin long term. Very often, these products are priced the same if not higher than medical grade products. Department store brands spend the money on fancy kiosk or celebrity endorsement, not on research and development.

Medical grade is not prescription, yet SkinMedica, SENTE and EltaMD product lines offer technology with comparable efficacy to prescription strength. CHEMICAL PEELS

With minimal downtime, you may be able to achieve dramatic improvement in skin texture, tone, and superficial lines. Chemical peels have been clinically proven to help fade pigmentation problems (such as age spots), stimulate collagen production, and are ideal for preparation of more advanced treatments. As with all treatments, a series is ideally recommended for maximum results. 30-45 minutes.

TCA 30% W/ JESSNERS PEEL

Non-toxic trichloroacetic acid is used to remove the damaged, outer layers of the skin and reveal a smoother, brighter, more evenly toned, and younger-looking complexion. Due to the strength of the peel, the treatment is administered by Dr. Holland or Alison, RN, BSN. 30-60 minutes.

SkinPen Microneedling

SkinPen Precision creates millions of controlled micro-channels in the skin to elicit your body’s natural wound healing cascade. This healing process works at the site of treatment to remodel the tissue resulting in new collagen and elastin, giving your skin a younger, firmer and radiant appearance.

We typically always recommend a series of treatments in effort to meet your individual goals. Maintenance of your treatment(s) may require continued treatments in the future. Following your treatment your skin may appear slightly pink to red, similar to a mild sunburn. Results will continue to improve three to six months following your last treatment. Topical anesthesia will be administered prior to treatment to assure maximum comfort during the treatment. 60 minutes.

Using a surgical scalpel, our skin specialist manually exfoliates dead skin cells from the face. The technique gently shaves the top layer of the skin and also removes any peach fuzz. This treatment results in ultra-smooth, fresh, and brighter skin. By removing that dead layer and hair from the face, the skin is evened out, and it helps new skin come to the surface. 30 minutes.

The Exosome Facial

The Exosome Facial includes a deep cleansing, dermaplaning (surgical blade mechanical exfoliation) to gently shave the top layer of the skin and a concentrated loading dose application of EXO|E stem cell factors. The exosomes will be gently worked into the skin using cooling globes. While the exosomes are absorbing, a hand massage will be provided. The Exosome Facial includes 5 days of D|TOX serum to be used leading up to the facial to help hydrate and prepare your skin for treatment and 5 days of RE|PAIR serum to use following your treatment, which reinforces the work of the exosomes by providing an extra boost of stem cells. 60 min. $395

To begin the facial, a deep cleanse is performed, eliminating any traces of makeup, impurities, and excess oils. Once your skin is purified and prepared, our Aesthetician carries out a medical exfoliation technique known as dermaplaning. This process delicately removes the top layer of dead skin cells and peach fuzz, revealing a smooth and even complexion. Following dermaplaning, a SkinMedica Illuminize Peel will be applied.
