To enter, participants must submit a photograph along with a brief paragraph explaining why their nominee deserves to win.
By entering, nominees grant Holland Plastic Surgery permission to share submitted photos and stories on our website and social media platforms.
Submissions will be accepted through 5/8/2026.
The winner will be selected by our team and announced on Mother’s Day (5/10/2026).
Friends and family of Holland Plastic Surgery staff are not eligible to win.
The winner must complete all treatments included in the package within 6 months of the announcement date (by 11/10/2026).
Treatments and products included in the package are non-transferable, cannot be substituted or exchanged, and hold no cash value. Services and products may only be used by the selected winner.
