Terms & Conditions

  • The complimentary facial must be completed within 3 months of the surgical procedure. Patients may choose between an HPSA Facial or HA5 Signature Hydration Facial.

  • The included medical-grade skincare products will be customized based on the patient's needs and provided at the time of the facial.

  • We recommend scheduling the complimentary facial at the time surgery is booked to ensure availability within the required timeframe.

  • Patients will receive a coupon for 25 complimentary units of Botox, which must be redeemed within 6 months of the surgery date.

  • Complimentary Botox is subject to medical appropriateness and provider approval.

  • Benefits included in the HPS Surgical Recovery Experience are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for other services, products, or credits.

  • Unused benefits expire after the stated redemption periods and will not be extended.

  • Holland Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

  • The HPSA Surgical Recovery & Renewal Experience applies only to surgical procedures performed in the operating room after 10/1/2026.
